| The Park Place Village Assisted Living Program is the 24 hour a day ideal solution for assistance with daily
activities, such as bathing, dressing, diet and medication
management. Under the direction of full time registered
nurse, our program is designed to provide the level
of support needed while offering a variety of services to
choose from. We focus on health, wellness and staying as independent
as possible by offering a plan of assistance designed
for each individual.
The following is a menu of Assisted Living Services currently available at Park
Place Village. All services are tailored to meet any
individual needs.
Bathing Assistance
Our aids are available for standby support or to provide
assistance throughout entire showers or baths.
Dress and
Grooming Assistance
Full dress care is provided along with daily grooming
including hair, teeth, makeup and shaving. We take pride
in helping everyone look their best!
Meal
Delivery Service
Room service, including ordering, delivery and clean-up
is available for all three meals of the day also
including snacks
in between.
Health Maintenance
Well-being is very important to us. This service includes awareness of health conditions, from making observations about
current status to assistance with any specific
health needs. Our registered nurse or certified nursing
assistant can perform blood pressure and blood sugar
checks regularly. If illness occurs, we will provide a
check up every 2 hours if needed.
Regular
Check-ups
On-going support, based on individual needs and services are available to assist with basic memory tasks, such as reminders and gentle redirection within the building.
Medication
Management
A customized service that includes medication management
by our medication aids, coordination with your pharmacy and
physician, daily assistance and/or medication delivery, as
prescribed, to each suite.
Incontinence Management
Includes assistance with incontinence improvement, managing incontinence products, and
clean up when
necessary.
Appointment Coordination
We can arrange
the time and transportation for any appointments. Available on a
needed basis or regular coordination.
Escort
Service
Our staff is available for assistance in
attending medical appointments or any other locally scheduled travel.
Pet Service
Bringing a pet? We can walk, feed
and arrange the cleaning and veterinary services for pets.
Extra Services
We provide many other options to fit
individual
needs including extra laundry services, additional furniture
rental, personal supplies shopping and more... if there is a
service needed, just ask us!
